Refund policy

We want you to love your 3 Bandit Customs order. Since every shirt and tote is made just for you, here is how returns work.

Exchanges
If you are not happy with your order, you can return it for an exchange within 10 days of receiving it. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for us to process your exchange once we receive your return.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

How to start a return
Email us at 3banditcustoms@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we will walk you through the next steps.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us right away at 3banditcustoms@gmail.com.

Since every order is made just for you, we are not able to offer refunds outside of these situations.
